I’m born and raised here in Southeastern Ohio and am passionate about helping my clients and the community. I’ve worked in the construction and building trades since graduating High School and enlisting in the Navy. A 10-year veteran of the US Naval Construction Battalions “The Fighting SeaBees”, I’ve worked on construction projects large and small across the globe from bridges to runways and schools to homes “The difficult we do at once… the impossible takes a bit longer”. (Seabee Memorial, Arlington VA.)

My career allowed me to manage and consult on 1000’s of residential and commercial water, fire and mold damage projects that included emergency response, mitigation & cleanup as well as reconstruction.
I have over 30 years of experience in construction and identifying and repairing structural damages. Every home is different, but whether you’re the buyer or the seller, my job is the same.
